Ease of Use

Our continuing development effort is directed at making the system easier to use. We upgrade our tools regularly and implement the latest Windows techniques to enhance performance. We use standard Windows features to reduce key entry and mouse clicks. We eliminate errors by providing a complete set of understandable alternatives for every action. We have added prompts to help the user walk through operations that require multiple steps. We automatically run functions so that actions initiated by the user are fully completed without additional requirements.

Data Movement

Another development focus is the ease with which data can be moved to and from other applications. We are giving the user powerful tools to move data without IT intervention. For example, the system will directly access Excel to export or import data. This means that you can use Excel for reporting and updating forecasts and maintaining other optional system data. For example, we can create a product manager code and attach it to the forecasts managed by an individual by importing from an Excel spreadsheet. This code allows us to select records to update or report. The user can configure definitions for a hundred standard exports and imports and retain them for regular, future use. You can easily export spreadsheets for selected users to review, return and update forecasts on a monthly or quarterly basis.

We have also implemented standard XML so that you can communicate with your Database applications. We also export and import data in standard CSV (Comma Separated Values) to interface with other applications.
